Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 lemon(s), zest and juice
  • 4 tsp potato flour
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 cups water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

as a dessert or for a delicious cake

Whisk all ingredients thoroughly and bring to a boil until the mixture thickens. Add a little more starch if desired. Serve as a dessert (after cooling) or bake a sponge cake with the mixture.
