Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 cup of cream, liquid (200 ml)
  • 1 cup of sour cream, approx. 150 – 200 g
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp lemon curd
  • 4 mint leaves
  • 8 lemon slices, fresh
  • 4 fruits (jelly fruits)
  • 2 tbsp chocolate sprinkles

Instructions

Working time approx. 7 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 7 minutes

quick fruity dessert

Whip the cream until stiff, then stir one-third of it into the sour cream along with the sugar and lemon curd. Then gently fold in the rest of the cream.
