Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g quark
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 pt. Bourbon vanilla sugar
  • ½ pkt. lemon zest or fresh, grated
  • 250 g cream, stiffly whipped

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix the quark, sugar, lemon juice, vanilla sugar and lemon zest, fold in the stiffly whipped cream and serve.
