  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 5 tbsp milk, 3.5%
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 20 g almonds
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • Sweeteners, e.g. Stevia

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Place the low-fat quark in a bowl and mix with the milk. Add the lemon juice and sweetener and mix into the mixture. Roughly chop the almonds with a knife and garnish the lemon quark with the chia seeds. Per serving: approximately 408 kcal
