Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 packet of pudding powder (lemon flavor) for cooking
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 400 ml multivitamin juice or orange juice or similar
- 500 g Greek yogurt
- e.g. fruit, fresh according to season, or canned fruit
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 40 minutes

Take 6 tablespoons of the juice, mix with 3 tablespoons of sugar and the pudding mix. Bring the remaining juice to a boil, stir in the dissolved pudding mix, and bring back to a boil. Remove from the heat and let cool. Stir occasionally to prevent a skin from forming. Once the pudding has cooled slightly, stir in the yogurt, divide between bowls, and refrigerate. It’s important to use only 400 ml of juice, otherwise the pudding won’t set as well. Garnish with fruit and refrigerate.
