Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 ml vegetable stock
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp mustard, hot
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Combine the broth with the mustard and lemon juice. Add the olive oil drop by drop, then more quickly, while stirring vigorously. Season the dressing with salt, pepper, and sugar.
