Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g fish fillet(s) (pollock fillet)
  • vegetable oil
  • 3 spring onions
  • 200 g mushrooms, small
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Season the salmon with salt and pepper. Fry in vegetable oil until crispy and keep warm. Slice the spring onions and sauté in the pan juices. Finely chop the mushrooms and add them. Peel and fillet the lemon, reserving the juice. Add to the mushrooms. Bring to a boil, add the lemon wedges, and season with salt, pepper, and a little sugar. Serve with rice.
