Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 cup(s) brown rice, cooked
  • 2 cup(s) corn kernels, frozen
  • 150 g bell pepper, cut into strips, frozen
  • 150 g cheese (goat cheese), grated
  • 1 tsp herbal salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of cane sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste (tube)
  • 150 g buckwheat, ground
  • Buckwheat, ground as breading
  • Olive oil, for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

gluten-free + cow’s milk-free

Mix together ingredients ranging from three cups of cooked rice to 150 g of buckwheat. With wet hands, form flat patties, coat in buckwheat flour, and fry in hot olive oil on medium heat for about 10 minutes on each side. This yields 10 pieces. My own recipe.
