Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 12 lemon(s), untreated, peel
- 1 liter of vodka
- 700 g sugar
- possibly lemon juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Let the lemon peels steep in 1 liter of vodka for 3 weeks (preferably in a grandma’s preserving jar). After 3 weeks, heat the sugar in 1 liter of water until the sugar has completely dissolved. Remove the lemon peels from the vodka. Mix the lemon vodka with the sugar water and refrigerate. If the liqueur is too sweet for you, simply add a small dash of lemon juice or concentrate! Caution! Risk of headaches!
