Lemon-Mint Lassi

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 lemon(s), the juice
  • 1 small banana(s)
  • 150 g natural yogurt
  • 1 ½ tbsp honey
  • ½ tsp mint, dried
  • 1 pinch of vanilla powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

refreshingly sour, but not acidic

Halve the lemons and juice them. Peel the banana and cut into pieces. Blend all ingredients in a blender until frothy, pour into two glasses, and enjoy. This lassi isn’t as sour as it might initially sound. The banana and honey balance the acidity nicely. And (a little) sourness makes you happy!
