Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 jar green olives, pitted (170 g)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lemon(s), peel (untreated)
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Roughly chop the olives and garlic. Blend with olive oil, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
