Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 jar green olives, pitted (170 g)
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon(s), peel (untreated)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper from the mill
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Roughly chop the olives and garlic. Blend with olive oil, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
