Mushroom and apple lamb's lettuce

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 1 apple, approx. 150 g
  • 150 g lamb’s lettuce
  • 10 g butter
  • ½ bunch parsley
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar, lighter
  • 1 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 1 dashes lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Clean the mushrooms and slice them thinly. Quarter the apple with the skin, remove the core, and slice it as well. Sauté both ingredients in the butter over low heat. Roughly chop the parsley and add it. For the marinade, mix the mustard with salt and sugar, the balsamic vinegar, crème fraîche, and the lemon juice in a bowl. Season to taste. Fold the lukewarm mushrooms and apple into the marinade. Arrange the cleaned lamb’s lettuce on plates and top with the marinated lettuce.
