- ½ bag(s) of dry yeast
- 200 ml water
- 100 g butter, melted
- 375 g flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar

Make a dough from the ingredients and let it rise for about 30 minutes until it doubles in size. Roll out the dough on a baking sheet. Spread with tomato sauce (to taste) and add any toppings you like. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (convection oven) for about 20 minutes. This also works with fresh yeast, but you’ll need to make a pre-dough. I let my bread maker knead it using the “Dough” program.
