Lemon pasta with mozzarella

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g pasta (linguine, or spaghetti)
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • Parmesan
  • 200g mozzarella
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the pasta. In a bowl, combine the grated Parmesan and chopped mozzarella with a little olive oil, pepper, and the juice of one lemon. Mix the hot pasta with the mixture and serve immediately.
