Ingredients for 12 servings:
- 150 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 2 eggs
- 50 ml oil
- 200 g sour cream
- ½ lemon(s), untreated, juice and grated zest
- 200 g flour
- ½ pack of baking powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Beat the sugar, vanilla sugar, and eggs until frothy, then gradually stir in the oil, sour cream, lemon juice, and zest. Sift the flour and baking powder together, then mix thoroughly. Pour the batter into the baking cups and bake at 175°C for about 25 minutes. The lemon flavoring can be substituted with other flavorings, of course.
