Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g flour
- 1 egg(s)
- 2 lemons
- 60 g sugar
- 100 g butter, soft
- 1 pinch of salt
- 75 g sour cream
- 150 g powdered sugar
- 1 orange(s), untreated, zest

Thinly grate the zest from 1 lemon and squeeze out the juice. Combine the lemon zest, egg, flour, salt, butter, sugar, and sour cream thoroughly and transfer to a piping bag fitted with a large nozzle. Pipe rings approximately 5 cm in diameter onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 180°C for 13 minutes. Allow to cool thoroughly. Combine the powdered sugar with 4 tablespoons of lemon juice, then add the grated zest of the second lemon and the orange to coat the cookies.
