Lemon Spaghetti with Homemade Prawns
The perfect lemon spaghetti with homemade prawns recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Spaghetti
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 1 tsp Rapeseed oil
- 400 g Shrimp
- 250 ml Cream
- Lemon zest
- 1 piece Fresh ginger
- 1 pinch Cayenne pepper
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Meanwhile, cut the garlic and ginger into small cubes.
- Then in a large pan, heat the oil and briefly sauté the garlic and ginger. When everything has got a little color, add the prawns to the pan and fry them until they are nice and translucent inside, then season with salt and pepper.
- Heat the cream together with the lemon zest and the saffron over a low flame for about 5 minutes.
- Add the finished noodles to the sauce, season with salt and cayenne pepper, toss briefly and then serve the dish.
