Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 5 eggs, separated
  • 1 bottle of flavoring (lemon flavoring)
  • ½ bag of lemon peel (Citroback)
  • 1 cup(s) oil
  • 3 cups flour
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 1 cup(s) lemonade (Fanta), yellow

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix all ingredients into a smooth batter. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold in. Line a loaf pan with baking paper and pour in the batter. Bake at approximately 170 degrees Celsius for approximately 1 hour.
