Lemon Sugar
The perfect lemon sugar recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 4 Lemons
- 100 g Sugar
- Wash the lemons thoroughly, dry them off. Rub the shell. Dry them in the oven – I used the residual heat from baking. Leave the door a little open. Mix the bowl with sugar and store in a sealable glass.
- Tip 2: I frozen the lemon juice in small portions. So I always have some ready.
