Lemon Syrup for Homemade Lemonade
The perfect lemon syrup for homemade lemonade recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 ml Freshly squeezed lemon juice with pulp
- 150 g Raw cane sugar
- 125 ml Water
- 1 tbsp Bio lemon zest
- Put everything in a saucepan, bring to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Let stand for 10 minutes and strain.
- Fill into a glass bottle or screw-top jar and store in the refrigerator after cooling.
- Makes a good 450ml lemon syrup. Shelf life approx. 2 weeks. Mixing ratio 1:10, I mix about 60ml syrup in 0.75l mineral water.
