Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 100 g sea salt, coarse
- 1 organic lemon(s), zest
- 1 tbsp thyme, dried
- 1 tbsp peppercorns, pink, dried, ground
Instructions

Seasoning salt for fish and pan-fried meat
Mix the ingredients and let them marinate in a sealed container for at least a week. The salt pairs particularly well with all types of fried fish. It’s best to make a herb butter with the salt the day before and then cook the fish with it. It also goes well with fish soup, pork loin, or pan-fried poultry.
