Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 5 liters of dry white wine
- 1 liter of schnapps (eau de vie)
- 5 lemons (untreated)
- 1 orange(s), the juice
- 1 vanilla pod(s)
- 1 stalk(s) cinnamon
- 500 g powdered sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
French aperitif
Combine the wine and orange juice in a glass jar and dissolve the powdered sugar in the wine. Wash and slice the untreated lemons. Add to the wine. Then add the split vanilla pod and cinnamon. Finally, pour over the eau de vie. Let it steep in a dark cellar for 30-40 days. Then filter and bottle. Serve chilled.
