Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 bulb(s) garlic
  • ¾ liter of liquor (corn or vodka)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel 1 garlic bulb, split the cloves lengthwise, and place it in a 3/4-liter bottle. Fill with 3/4 liters of grain liquor or vodka. It can be consumed after 14 days after a fatty meal—it’s also great as a flavoring for various meat dips—very healthy!
