Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 cup of neutral yogurt
- 2 tbsp lemon(s)
- 2 pinch(s) salt and pepper
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
- ½ tsp parsley, fresh
- ½ cup cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes
Combine the yogurt and cream in a large enough bowl. Gradually add all the other ingredients, stirring constantly, and finally stir in the parsley. Let everything sit in the refrigerator for about an hour. A quick tip: honey works well instead of sugar.
