Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 egg yolk, hard-boiled
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp oil
  • some salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 1 small onion(s), finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp chopped herbs such as parsley, chives, chervil, tarragon

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

for one portion

Mix the egg yolk with the vinegar and salt very well, add a little pepper and sugar, add the oil, herbs and onions, mix well again and season with salt and pepper if necessary.
