Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g flour
- 65 g sugar
- 65 g butter
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ liter of milk
- 120 g sugar
- 125 g poppy seed cake
- 2 tbsp semolina
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp milk
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 egg whites, beaten to snow

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
for 12 pieces
Dough: Knead flour, sugar, butter, egg, and baking powder into a dough and pour into a springform pan. Filling: Combine the milk, sugar, poppy seeds, semolina, and sour cream. Bring to a boil briefly, then pour over the dough and bake in an oven preheated to 180°C (convection oven) for 30 minutes. Glaze: Combine the sugar, milk, egg yolk, and sour cream, then fold in the beaten egg whites. Pour everything over the cake and bake for another 15 minutes.
