Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g lentils, red
- 50 g bran (wheat bran), approx.
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 cloves garlic
- salt and pepper
- Spice(s) of your choice (e.g. rosemary, basil, curry, etc.)
- n. B. Oil for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Prepare the lentils according to the package instructions. Chop the onion and garlic cloves. Place the lentils, egg, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and spices in a blender and blend until smooth, but do not blend all of the lentils into a paste. Gradually stir the wheat bran into the lentil mixture until it is sticky enough to form patties. Each patty weighs approximately 120 g. Fry the patties in a pan with a little oil on both sides.
