Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 bunch of radishes
- ½ bunch chives
- 200 g cream cheese, grainy
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt
- pepper
- 1 tbsp sunflower seeds, roasted, finely chopped

Goes well with bread and potatoes
Wash, trim, and slice or finely chop the radishes. Wash the chives and cut them into small rings. Mix the cream cheese with the radishes, chives, and lemon juice. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice, if desired. Sprinkle with the sunflower seeds.
