Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 small cauliflower
- 2 cups rice
- 500 g minced meat
- 1 corner(s) of processed cheese
- 1 cup of cream
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
Clean the cauliflower and boil the florets in salted water for 20 minutes, then drain. Meanwhile, cook the rice in salted water and drain. Grease a deep casserole dish. Spread the minced meat on the bottom with a fork, add the rice, and arrange the cauliflower florets on top. Melt the cheese in the cream, season the sauce with salt and pepper, and pour over the cauliflower. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (fan oven) for about 30 minutes.
