Lentil Soup (vegan)

The perfect lentil soup (vegan) recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 liter Vegetable broth
  • 350 g Waxy potatoes
  • 200 g Carrots
  • 100 g Dried plate lentils
  • 100 g Salt pepper
  1. Heat the broth in a saucepan and let the lentils simmer for about 20 minutes.
  2. Wash, peel and chop the potatoes and carrots and add to the broth. Let everything cook for another 20 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper, then serve.
