Lentil Soup (vegan)

- 1 liter Vegetable broth
- 350 g Waxy potatoes
- 200 g Carrots
- 100 g Dried plate lentils
- 100 g Salt pepper
- Heat the broth in a saucepan and let the lentils simmer for about 20 minutes.
- Wash, peel and chop the potatoes and carrots and add to the broth. Let everything cook for another 20 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper, then serve.
