Leo’s Sesame Spaetzle

The perfect leo’s sesame spaetzle recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 300 g Spaetzle
  • 2 Garlic cloves chopped
  • 6 tbsp Sesame
  • 6 tbsp Butter
  • 1 packet Frozen parsley or fresh, chopped
  • Salt pepper
  1. Cook the spaetzle according to the instructions, drain and rinse. Drain well.
  2. Melt the butter in a pan and sauté the garlic and sesame seeds. Add spaetzle and mix everything in, fry until golden brown over medium heat. Season to taste and mix in the parsley just before serving.
