The perfect vegetarian: tagliatelle with schabzigersauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Pasta:
- 200 g Durum wheat semolina
- 200 g Flour
- 4 Eggs
- 1 shot Oil
- Salt
Sauce:
- 200 ml Cream
- 200 ml Milk
- 200 g Freshly grated Schabziger cheese
- 1 Onion
- For the pasta, work all the ingredients into a dough and let it rest for an hour, then process into ribbon noodles
- For the sauce, fry the onions in butter, add the cream, milk and cheese, bring to the boil and then stir together with the cooked noodles, done!
