- 4 piece Veal sausages
- 8 Poles White asparagus
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- Put a saucepan with water, add the salt and lemon juice and bring to the boil.
- Peel the asparagus with the peeler, wash it and place it in the boiling salted water, cook in the bubbling water for 1 minute, then just let it steep.
- Fry the veal sausages in the oil – I used sesame oil – brown on all sides.
