Less Than 30 Minutes: Veal Sausages on White Asparagus

The perfect less than 30 minutes: veal sausages on white asparagus recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 piece Veal sausages
  • 8 Poles White asparagus
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  1. Put a saucepan with water, add the salt and lemon juice and bring to the boil.
  2. Peel the asparagus with the peeler, wash it and place it in the boiling salted water, cook in the bubbling water for 1 minute, then just let it steep.
  3. Fry the veal sausages in the oil – I used sesame oil – brown on all sides.
  4. There was a salad with it.
