Asparagus White

- 500 g Asparagus white fresh
- Salt
- Sugar
- Lemon juice
- Butter
- Peel the asparagus
- Bring the asparagus to a boil in a shallow or asparagus pot with plenty of water with butter, salt, sugar and lemon juice and then cook over a low heat for about 20 minutes, depending on the thickness of the asparagus stalks.
- Before serving, pour one or two flakes of butter over the asparagus. I had veal schnitzel from my KB and boiled potatoes.
