Lettuce with cranberry cream sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • ½ lettuce(s)
  • 50 g spring onions
  • 50 g cranberries, dried
  • 2 tbsp pear juice
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 pinch of herbal salt
  • 1 pinch of ground pepper
  • 1 tsp Maggi seasoning (recipe in the DB, see link below)
  • 1 tsp mustard, hot
  • 2 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 3 sprigs of oregano
  • 40 g crème fraîche

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Tear off the lettuce leaves, tear them into small, bite-sized pieces, wash, and dry them. Soak the cranberries in a small bowl with the pear juice. Wash the spring onions and slice them into fine rings. Wash the oregano and remove the stems. For the vinaigrette, stir together apple cider vinegar, herb salt, pepper, Maggi seasoning, mustard, oil, and crème fraîche until thick. Arrange the lettuce on a salad plate and drizzle with the dressing. Scatter the leeks over the lettuce. Sprinkle the oregano over the cranberries and pear juice.
