Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 400 ml cream, sweet
- 200 ml milk
- 80 g sugar
- 1 tsp licorice powder
- 3 sheets of gelatin
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 4 hours 20 minutes
Dissolve the licorice powder in the milk. If necessary, use an immersion blender. You can increase the amount of licorice to your liking. Bring to a simmer with the cream and sugar. Dissolve the softened gelatin in the hot, but no longer boiling, mixture. Pour into dessert molds and refrigerate for several hours to set. To turn out, place the molds in hot water for a few seconds.
