Ingredients
 

  • 1 l Milk
  • 1,5 tsp Licorice powder
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 80 g Raw cane sugar
  • 4 Eggs
  • 135 g Soft wheat semolina
  • 4 Passion fruit

Instructions
 

  • Mix the milk with the liquorice powder. Beat the eggs together with the sugar and the pinch until very frothy.
  • Bring the milk with the liquorice powder to the boil and then pour in the semolina, stirring constantly. When the mass begins to thicken, remove the pan from the heat and add the egg mass and fold in quickly. Then pour the semolina into dessert glasses and allow to cool.
  • Halve the passion fruit, place the pulp on the semolina and serve.
