Meatballs Wrapped in Bacon

The perfect meatballs wrapped in bacon recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Mixed minced meat
  • 1 Carrot
  • 2 M- Eggs
  • Salt, pepper, nutmeg
  • Sweet paprika
  • Hot paprika powder
  • 1 teaspoon Butter
  • 1 tbsp Chopped parsley
  • 1 small Diced onion
  1. Put the minced meat in a bowl, peel and finely grate the carrot, add to the mince with the eggs. Briefly sauté the onion and parsley in the butter in a small pan, allow to cool a little and then add to the meat. Then add the spices – your own taste decides – and mix everything together well. Shape the mixture into 6 meatballs.
  2. Place 2 slices of bacon crosswise, place the meatball in the middle and place the bacon on top.
  3. Heat a pan with the oil and slowly fry the meatballs over medium heat so that the bacon does not burn.
  4. The bacon meatballs go well with potato salad, leek, Brussels sprouts and much more, your own taste also decides here :)))))))))))
