Meatballs Wrapped in Bacon
The perfect meatballs wrapped in bacon recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Mixed minced meat
- 1 Carrot
- 2 M- Eggs
- Salt, pepper, nutmeg
- Sweet paprika
- Hot paprika powder
- 1 teaspoon Butter
- 1 tbsp Chopped parsley
- 1 small Diced onion
- Put the minced meat in a bowl, peel and finely grate the carrot, add to the mince with the eggs. Briefly sauté the onion and parsley in the butter in a small pan, allow to cool a little and then add to the meat. Then add the spices – your own taste decides – and mix everything together well. Shape the mixture into 6 meatballs.
- Place 2 slices of bacon crosswise, place the meatball in the middle and place the bacon on top.
- Heat a pan with the oil and slowly fry the meatballs over medium heat so that the bacon does not burn.
- The bacon meatballs go well with potato salad, leek, Brussels sprouts and much more, your own taste also decides here :)))))))))))
