Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g broccoli
- 750 ml vegetable stock
- 100 g cream cheese, lighter with herbs or garlic (16%)
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Clean and finely chop the broccoli. Cook with the broth until soft, about 15-20 minutes. Puree everything and stir in the cream cheese. Season with pepper. Done!
