Light chocolate bundt cake

Ingredients for 16 servings:

  • 250 g margarine (Sanella)
  • 300 g sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 300 g flour
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • ¼ liter sour cream
  • 4 tbsp cocoa powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Beat the Sanella and sugar with the eggs until frothy. Gradually add the remaining ingredients. Pour into a well-greased Bundt cake or bundt pan and bake at medium heat for about 50 to 60 minutes. Then, open the oven just a crack and let the cake cool slightly in the oven (always do this for cakes with sour cream). Done!
