Ingredients
 

  • 200 g Arugula
  • 5 tbsp White balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 Egg
  • 100 g Cooked ham

Instructions
 

  • Bring the water to the boil in the pot.
  • Add 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar to the water.
  • Beat the egg in a cup, carefully pour it into the boiling vinegar water and cook for about 5 minutes.
  • Mix the remaining vinegar with oil, salt and pepper.
  • Cut the ham into strips.
  • Mix the rocket, ham and dressing together.
  • Take the egg out of the water and add it to the salad.
  • Chop a little chives and garnish with the salad.
