Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g flour
  • 200 ml carbonated mineral water
  • 150 ml milk, warm
  • 1 pack of yeast
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp pizza seasoning
  • 1 tbsp garlic granules
  • 2 tbsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes

Heat the milk and mix in the yeast. Combine the flour, spices, sugar, and oil in a bowl. Add the mineral water and the milk-yeast mixture and mix well. Let the dough rise for 2 hours. Bake for approximately 25-30 minutes at 200°C.
