Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 g low-fat curd cheese
  • some water or milk
  • 3 g sugar or vanilla sugar
  • 1 m.-sized clementine(s) or other fruit

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

for those conscious of their figure, only 70 kcal.

Weigh the quark and mix it with a little water or milk until creamy. Then add the sugar or vanilla sugar, depending on your taste, and mix well. Finally, slice the clementine and fold it in. Other seasonal fruits, such as strawberries, also go well with this. This is a light, low-calorie dessert.
