Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 3 eggs
- 100 ml milk
- 250 g low-fat curd cheese
- 100 g protein powder
- 50 g flour or ground nuts
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- Sugar or similar to taste
- Oil for the pan

Super fluffy and without margarine, butter or oil
Beat the eggs, milk, and quark until frothy, then gradually add the egg white powder and the remaining ingredients. If the batter is still too stiff, add a little more milk (regular, soy, almond, etc.). Bake in a greased pan in 2-3 tablespoon portions. The protein powder makes it very versatile. Tastes great with yogurt, cream, vanilla, chocolate, etc.
