Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 tbsp low-fat quark
  • 100 g sour cream
  • 100 g cream cheese, 30% fat
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 small red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 small cucumber(s)
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine the quark, sour cream, and cream cheese. Finely dice the onion, bell pepper, and cucumber (reserve a few diced bell peppers and cucumbers for garnish), finely chop the chives, and mix everything with the quark cream. Season with paprika, salt, and pepper, and serve garnished with the diced bell peppers and cucumber.
