Light Tartar Sauce Dip

- 100 g Mayonnaise
- 50 g Skimmed milk yogurt
- 50 g Gherkins
- 1 small Onion, about 40 g
- 1 tbsp Chive rolls
- 1 tsp Flat leaf parsley chopped
- Salt
- Pepper from the grinder
- Mix the mayonnaise with the yogurt. Cut the cucumber into small cubes. Peel and finely dice the onion. Cut the chives into rolls, finely chop the parsley. Stir cucumber, onions and herbs into the cream. Season the tartar sauce with salt and pepper.
