Light yogurt and grape dessert

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g natural yogurt, 3.5% fat
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 100 g red grapes
  • 4 sprigs of mint

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Wash and halve the grapes. Set aside a few whole grapes for garnish. Pick the mint leaves and roughly chop them. Reserve two leaves for garnish. Pour the yogurt into a bowl, add the honey, stir well, and let it sit for a while. Stir the grape halves and mint into the yogurt. Serve the yogurt in two bowls and garnish with the whole grapes and mint leaves.
