Light yogurt and orange dessert

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g natural yogurt, 3.5% fat
  • 2 oranges
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 4 sprigs of mint

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel and fillet the oranges, then halve the segments. Set aside two segments for garnish and juice the rest of the oranges by hand. Pick the mint leaves and roughly chop them. Reserve two leaves for garnish. Pour the yogurt into a bowl, add the honey, stir well, and let stand for a while. Stir the orange juice into the honey-sweetened yogurt, stir in the mint, and fold in the orange segments. Serve the yogurt in two bowls and garnish with the orange segments and mint leaves.
