Light yogurt – balsamic dressing

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 125 g yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar, white
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp chives, in rolls

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Mix salt, pepper, sugar, and yogurt. Add the vinegar and oil, and stir in the parsley and chives. This dressing tastes especially good with iceberg lettuce.
