Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g beans, green
  • 2 onions
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Clean the beans, cut them into pieces, and cook them in boiling, salted water until al dente. Then rinse them with cold water. Peel the onions and finely dice them. Mix the beans and onions together and season with the vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper.
